      Kershaelashes has no refund or exchange policy. We will do our best to accommodate our customers if there is an issue. Fill out the contact form on the contact page.

• ​How long does shipping usually take? 

     

     Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping is an option at check out and takes 1-3 business days. International shipping takes 10-15 business days to reach you. All packages are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

 

•    After I've placed my order, can I make changes to it?

        No changes are able to be made to orders after they are placed. Please be sure of your purchase before you submit it.
